She came back to the empty house alone. Everyone else was asleep. She glided her hand onto her back wiping the sweat that dripped past the thinness of her shirt. She looks at the crystal-like glistening surface of her hand. “It’s getting hot in here,” she thought. Out in the window she looked out and saw the sun trying to hitch its way in the house. The air could not fight the rage of the sun.
Finally, she dropped her stash onto the bamboo sofa and looked at them. There was a blue hoodie and a blue towel. She thought to herself, “It really isn’t the same without them.” But of course, she kept this to herself.
The lady then went inside her room and fixed herself to be ready to take a shower.
